Meditation In Motion: The Lenten Season

This unique Lenten mindful movement series is an opportunity to clear the physical, mental, and emotional spaces that may feel cluttered or heavy. Lent reminds us that when we release what no longer serves us, we create space for deeper connection, joy, and gratitude. You will need the physical mobility necessary to move comfortably from standing to floor level. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or large beach towel for each practice. Available in-person or on-demand. Join us on Monday nights 5:30 - 6:30pm in Key-Andrews Hall for this 6 week series. Investment: $60 (No Refunds). Click HERE to learn more and register.

Caroline will guide us through a series of reflections focused on God Spark, after her recently published "children's book for all ages." Come for a day of being curious about how The Light stays with us even in the wilderness of life and Lent.

Join us in Huckabay Lecture Hall from 9:30 to 1:30pm for a program of reflections and intentional times of quiet with opportunity to sit in prayer in the nave, walk the labyrinth, journal, paint, or take a holy nap.

Our time together with conclude with Eucharist and the option for lunch ($15/person).
